I used a cleaner on my spun aluminum wheel and now they look corroded and peeling. What can I do to make their appearance presentable again?
Harsh detergents or winter road slag can damage the top coat on these wheels. The clear finish turns cloudy and can begin to flake or peel off. These rims can be stripped of the old top coat, turned on our state-of-the-art CNC lathe and then re-coated to bring them back to their original appearance.
