If the “USB Mass Storage Device” appears with exclamation under “Universal Serial Bus Device” in Device Manager, please remove this device and click “Refresh”. If this doesn’t work, please disconnect the device from computer and reboot the system then operate the processor above again. • To make sure if the external case is defective, please try it on other computers with other OS(2000/XP).
