I use WebTv and cannot view the newsletter in html format. How do I fix this?
A. You might want to consider changing the format of your newsletter to text. You can do this by going to the account manager and logging in with your username (email address) and password. When you are logged in, you’ll see a screen containing some of your personal information. Scroll down, and you should see a link called “Change Your Newsletter Format”. By clicking on this link, you will be taken to a menu where you may choose to receive the text version of the newsletter.
