I use the IEP software and I m having trouble printing, it just sits here and spools forever and never prints. What can I do?

Make sure when you print, move the slider on the quality scale to speed, not quality. Quality will cause the printer to print a higher quality printout at the cost of time and memory. On a slower machine, this means LOTS of time.
