The Intrusion Detection feature of Norton Internet Security and Norton Personal Firewall recognizes some functions (e.g. the Monster applications) on the www.monstercable.com as suspicious traffic and blocks these functions. We recommend disabling all firewall and anti-virus software. You can normally disable Norton by right-clicking the icon in the system tray and selecting disable auto protect.
