I use multiple Oracle Products. Do I need to register again if I already have a MetaLink username and password for these products?
MetaLink 3 is our new generation web portal and it requires a different sign-on than the current MetaLink 2 portal for Oracle products. If you have support agreements for other Oracle products (E-Business Suite, Oracle Database, Fusion Middleware, PeopleSoft, JD Edwards, etc.) you will need to continue to use your existing customer numbers and support portals (MetaLink 2 or Customer Connection) for these products until these product groups are migrated to MetaLink 3 at a later date. Details for the existing portals can be found at http://www.oracle.com/support. For products that have already migrated over to MetaLink 3 (Siebel), please continue accessing MetaLink 3 for any support interactions on these products. As other product groups migrate over to MetaLink 3, you will need to add the Support Identifier numbers associated with these products to your existing MetaLink 3 account.
