No. You can choose not to import invoices and/or payments for any payment module, including PayPal. If you do import invoices, you can choose not to automatically allocate a payment. You will need to match imported invoices with a PayPal payment as usual – the benefit of using CTO’s automatic PayPal payments is that it is automatic (and doesn’t cost any extra!) But the downside is that we do not automatically import PayPal fees or payments made from the account, which the KashFlow PayPal importer does.
