I use Apple Mail and people using the Blitzmail client are having trouble reading my messages. What can I do?

Apple Mail’s rich text feature can cause problems with older versions of the Blitzmail email client. Since it isn’t practical for you to ask all recipients of your email to upgrade to the newer version of Blitzmail, your best option is to turn off rich text in your Apple Mail client. In Apple Mail, choose Mail -> Preferences, click on the Composing tab, and change Message Format: to Plain Text.
