The software saved in the SD card packaged with SmartGuard TM is designed for Microsoft Windows only (not including Vista). However, if you go to our website ( www.smart-guard.net ) you can download the Mac OS version for free. Just click on the “downloads” tab at the top. Q: I use Windows Vista, and when I try to install the driver, it doesn’t work. Why? The current SmartGuard TM driver is not compatible with Windows Vista, it was designed for Windows 98/98SE/2000/ME/XP. A new driver is currently in development that will allow you to time and date stamp your SmartGuard video if you have a Windows Vista computer. Check our websites newsfeed for updates.
