A. Your lid may not be on tight enough or too tight. If you suspect it’s not on tight enough, then place a minimal amount of pressure on the flip top while the game is spinning and see if that makes any difference. If that doesn’t work, try reinstalling your flip top. If you believe the flip top is on too tight, then try unscrewing one or two of the screws on the base of your PS2. If that doesn’t work try reinstalling it. Of course you’ll want to make sure your laser and discs are dirt and scratch free.
