Our typical mp3 files are more than 5mb. It will take approximate 15-30 minutes to download your file. You might be disconnected from your downloading process due to slow internet connection. It is common that you only download 20-30 seconds of the mp3 files. If you don’t have access to a faster internet connection, you need to upgrade your service prior to downloading your song(s).
