I uploaded a head shot image for my profile page, but it looks morphed or too small. What is the correct size I should use?
The problem is most likely the result of using an image that is taller than it is wide. The correct size for the head shot image is 125px tall x 125px wide. If you are familiar with and have access to image editing software like Photoshop, GIMP, etc., you can simply crop and side your head shot image to the correct dimensions. If not, you can head over to: http://www.picresize.com/ where you can use this free online service to create the image in the correct size. If you have already uploaded a head shot image, you will need to first delete it and then upload the correct. Once you are logged in, click on your “My Preferences” link which is found under the “Members Only” main navigation dropdown menu. Then click on the “Edit” tab in your account page to update your profile. Make sure you save the changes. You may need to clear your browser history/cache to see the change take effect immediately.
