I upgraded to the latest version of SuperDVR but when I start it I get an error message that says Incorrect Version. Why an I getting this message?
The newer version of SuperDVR is looking for a newer driver for the video card then what is currently installed. Check the website of the company that makes the video card to see if they have a more recent driver. • I can not view my cameras remotely using my Blackberry phone, what do I need to do to view them.
