I upgraded to RoboForm Pro but Identity Editor still shows only 5 custom fields. How do I get more?

As you fill custom fields, RoboForm will add more fields. New empty fields are added to always maintain 5 new fields. Addition of new empty fields happens when you click Apply (Diskette) button in Editor or when you close and reopen Identity.
