• Usually, the Windows 98 upgrade does not affect your dial-up connection to WestNet. If it does, try the following: • Check to see if the script was re-installed. For directions, see our Disabling the Script page. • Try to re-run the Account Setup Wizard, and let the computer recognize your modem. • If the modem is not being recognized, then remove and add the modem from the Control Panel. Re-run the Account Setup Wizard, letting the computer recognize your modem.
