I updated to OverDrive Media Console v2.0 for iPhone and the app doesn’t work. What should I do?
If you experience issues after updating, please restart your device… • Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button on the top of the device until the red slider appears. • Slide the slider and wait for the device to shut down. • Press the Sleep/Wake button again to restart. If this does not resolve the issue, please uninstall and reinstall the app. If you continue to have problems, please contact support.
