After uninstalling HIPAAzip, you can manually delete the folders under the root folder HIPAAzip (e.g., c:\ProgramFiles\HIPAAzip\Office, c:\ProgramFiles\HIPAAzip\Documents, c:\ProgramFiles\HIPAAzip\Setup) if you wish to remove all traces of the program.
