I understand there is something called the Conejo Open Space Conservation Agency. Exactly what is this?
As the name implies, the Conejo Open Space Conservation Agency (COSCA) preserves, protects and manages resources within our open space system. The Agency helps implement the General Plans Open Space and Conservation Elements, which envision an extensive ring of open space surrounding areas designated for urban development. Trail systems through open space are maintained to provide public access to these areas. For additional information, go to Open Space or contact Mark Towne at mtowne@toaks.org or (805) 449-2340.
