The Endeavour Executive Award enables high achievers working in professional fields (such as business, industry, education or government) to gain experience in an associated field in a host institution or organisation of a participating country. The Endeavour Executive Award provides opportunities for Award Holders to develop or upgrade their professional skills and knowledge. The Endeavour Executive Award focuses on building skills and knowledge through a host work environment rather than through a formal study program. The format of the professional development program will vary for each Endeavour Executive Award Holder. Examples of professional development activities include study tours, workshop participation, attendance at conferences, internships, residencies, mentoring, management training and peer-to-peer learning.
