Proceed as with any translation, but choose a different menu item: Save your flat file as a “text (tab delimited)” file. Within WQStat Plus, choose “File->Import Data->Append Flat File data to Current Data File”. Verify that WQStat Plus has chosen the appropriate settings for your file, and then click “Import”.
