. Clackamas County is placing a five year local option levy on the ballot in November to fund county-wide library operations, including Estacadas library. The levy is anticipated to be about $0.29/$1,000 of assessed property value. If this measure fails, libraries will operate at only 80% of funding, likely to result in reduced hours, reduced staff, and reduced budgets to purchase materials.
