I understand that the Xstream Media Player is required to run lessons. How do I get the player installed on my computer?
Under normal circumstances, the Xstream Media Player will load automatically when you launch a lesson. The player is a small program that will quickly install itself. Prior to installing, a window will display asking you to accept a certificate signed by Knowledge Quest. Click on the Grant button and the lesson will run.
