PositivelyNeutral™ is devoted to assisting arbitrators and mediators develop their practices by gathering and sharing feedback about the experiences that the parties and/or their attorneys had with the neutral in prior matters. PositivelyNeutral™ compiles this information, shares the results with the neutral, and—if and only if the neutral agrees—will share the information with those interested in engaging the neutral’s services.
