I understand that I must pay my Certification Fee upfront but I dont recall getting a bill. When will it come and how do I pay?
Your initial invoice accompanies your CTBS Certificate. If you work for a bank that has assigned a CTBS Representative any future invoice may go directly to the CTBS Representative at your Tissue Bank (some banks have numerous CTBS employees and prefer to write one check, so a group bill is sent to the CTBS Representative). If you are responsible for submitting the fee yourself, contact AATB and a separate invoice will be provide directly to you. Payment may be submitted using checks, money orders, MC, VISA and AMEX.
