I understand that as a Harborside ISP customer I have 10MB space on the server for a personal Website. What is my Web address, and how do I get started publishing to the Internet?

If, for example, your e-mail address is user@harborside.com, then your Internet address is: http://www.harborside.com/~user. This is also known as your URL (Uniform Reference Locator). If you go there now, you will see nothing, because your Web directory is empty until you put something in it.
