I understand confidentiality is important, but are there circumstances in which Circle facilitators do break confidentiality?
Facilitors are all very clear that there will be an exception to the confidentially rule when information is revealed during Circle that indicates potential harm to oneself or others (ie: child abuse, elder abuse, homicide, suicide…) based on Idaho State Law. This exception is clearly stated to every participant in all Council Circles.
