To receive your payment, you must satisfy the requirements outlined in the e-mail we sent you regarding your specific promotional offer. Usually, you must pay at least one bill to get your payment. When the status of a payment you made changes to Paid on the Bill Detail page, you’ll receive another e-mail letting you know the payment has been sent to your financial institution for deposit into your account.
