I had a very similar issue, nothing helped 🙁 I had to install another keylogging software ( from https://www.refog.com/free-keylogger/ , rather quality, I must admit ). Please never lose a data like this, it is impossible to restore.

Check that the current keyboard language is as it was when you set the password in first place. It may be that the keylogger is not running, try to manually activate it by executing it from the directory you installed it. Wait 10 seconds and then type the password (try to type it in notepad).
