Microsoft has not yet decided whether the standard definition DVD will be large-scale 720p or 1080i, but we expect them to take on this feature, as the DVD Forum (the organization that sets standards DVD) forces manufacturers hardware to use HDMI or DVI video output to deliver high-definition video.
