I try to synchronize with RELAY™ from WINFormsOnline® or ZipForm®Online and I receive the following error: “Sync operation NOT complete. Object reference not set to an instance of an object” Why can I synchronize with RELAY™?
You are receiving an error message because WINFormsOnline® or ZipForm®Online does not yet know which RELAY™ account to send your transaction information to. Once you have logged in as your RELAY™ agent user, follow these three steps to make sure that you have the right account in your RELAY™ Manager: • Log in to WINFormsOnline® or ZipForm®Online and visit the Administration page. You can reach the Administration page by clicking the link to Administration on the upper left-hand side of your screen. • Click on RELAY™ Manager, located in the upper-right hand side of your screen. • Fill in your RELAY™ user name, your site id, and your RELAY™ password. Your site id is the last five numbers on your site link. It is also referenced in your Getting Started e-mail, and on your RELAY™ site itself. Remember, your password is case-sensitive. You should have a successful Sync with RELAY™ operation now.
