I try to sign onto Banner in Production, but I keep getting the dialog box asking for my password. Whats wrong?

The user accesses the correct URL but cannot get to the UserID and Password form. This indicates the user is not an administrator of the machine and cannot download JInitiator. Corrective action is to have the administrator sign-on and access the URL or call the Help Desk at 581-4357 and make the user an administrator.
