When a PowerPoint presentation is started and you don’t show new applications then the full screen presentation is hidden when the full screen mode is started. To show your presentation in full screen mode, you need to show “new applications” as the full screen mode is handled as a separate application by Microsoft Windows. To do this, open the Mikogo interface when a session is running, then open Application Selection, and then check the box “New Applications”.
