I try to order packs and click on the uy now button and the page just appears to refresh. What is wrong?

There could be two possible causes for this: 1). You have a pop up ‘killer’ working. Switch this off and yoit will work. 2). Java isn’t enabled on your computer (it should be the default setting). Go to Internet explorer, Tools and Internet Options and click on the Advanced Tab. Click on ‘Restore Defaults’.
