Certain earlier versions of the MSN Weather add-in require uninstalling from the Control Panel first. To do this, go to Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs and uninstall “Weather Add-in for MSN Search Toolbar.” After the uninstall process has completed, download and install the latest version of the MSN Weather add-in from the Windows Live Gallery.
