Go to www.icm.com.tw, click on the downloads tab and download the required Winstar software from there. If you have further problems please call us on 0208 498 1288. Q :I have just downloaded the latest version of the Winstar software, and the programs I have downloaded are not installing properly. A: You may have downloaded incomplete versions from the ICM website, this can happen depending on your internet connection. To avoid this issue download a program called Flashget from http://www.flashget.com/en/download.htm Copy the link address from the ICM site and then download the software using this program. Using this program will ensure the complete software is downloaded without any interruptions or errors.
