This problem is often fixed by clearing out your browser’s temporary cache and cookies. To do so, from your browser’s top menu choose Tools > Internet Options > Delete Cookies and also Delete Files. Then open a new browser, login to KeyPoint Online Banking and try to download once again. It should work.
