I truly beleive my opponent is cheating (cracking files, replaying turns). Where do I go from here?
If you suspect your opponent of cheating contact your opponent FIRST, do not mail me just yet. If you are not satisfied with his explanation you may file a complaint by e-mailing me your side of the story, your opponent’s explanation and relevant turn files along with passwords so I can inspect them. Cheaters are dealt with harshly and will be kicked out immediately with no second chance. Accusations that turn out to be false really annoy everyone involved in arbitrating the dispute as it wastes our time.
