Typically this problem is related to the file name and the Browser you are using. Portable Forms looks for a file extension (*.rtf, *.txt or *.htm) to determine how to process the file. Windows computers will automatically set the extension but Macs do not. Older versions of the Microsoft Internet Explorer(tm) fail to upload the file. The Netscape Browser works as long as the extension is added to the name.
