I tried to subscribe online a number of times but my transaction keeps getting disapproved. Why?
There are two possible reasons. 1. You didn’t enter your security code (this is needed to complete the transaction.) The security code is the last 3 digits on the back of your VISA or MasterCard, or the four digits on the front of your AMEX card. 2. The information was not entered properly. This may be because you entered the numbers incorrectly; or it may be that the name or address does not match the card. If you enter a name or address unrelated to the card you are using (e.g., your home address when the card is attached to your business address) the transaction will not be processed due to the security measures implemented by your credit card issuer.
