You will need a temporary User ID and password to establish your online account. Your account number, printed on your newspaper statement, is both the temporary User ID and password. This includes the two-character publication code, which is usually ‘DC’, plus your seven-digit account number. For example, if your account number on your statement reads ‘DC1234567’, this is exactly what you should enter for the both the User ID and password. If you can’t find a bill, you can get the account number by e-mailing or calling us. Once you log in using that number, you can change both the User ID and password to something more meaningful to you.
