This could occur for one of two reasons. First, some institutions require that you access docufide.com only from within your college portal account so you would need to sign in to your college portal account and locate the link to Docufide. Second, the email address you are trying to register with may already be associated with an account you created when you were in high school or while attending another college. All you need to do is sign in to your existing account and associate your current school.
