I tried to change the Contact information in the License area of the Portal Administrator and it now says, “Portal License information is invalid.” Why is that?
This happens when you try to change the information in the License section of the Portal Administrator. If you change it back and click Update Changes, you will get the message: License configuration successfully updated. To make changes to the License, contact TLC (Total License Care) at 1-800-338-6720, option 6.
