I tried retrieving a new password through the “Forgot Password” facility but failed. Why is so?
It could be due to you have incorrectly entered your e-mail address or date of birth with compared to the information you submitted during registration. Please scan and attach your supporting document such as NIC, passport and any relevant information to prove that the account belongs to you, to support@bhg-corp. Our customer support will verify all the documents (Required 4 or 5 working days for verification) and assign a temporary password for you to access your investment account.
