I tried registering, verified my enevlope number and bibical house/deacon with the church office and I still got a technical error “unable to verifty information. What do I do next?
Perhaps you registered already using a different email address and you never activated your account. If you do not activate your account, you cannot login, you cannot reset your password and you cannot re-register using a different email address. You have to request an activate email be resent by clicking the Activate your account link on the Virtual Church Login Page.
