When printing bar codes, make sure that you have the correct PDF Printing Settings. Once you click the Submit button, Adobe Acrobat opens populated with the bar codes: • Click the print icon on the Adobe Acrobat toolbar • Ensure the “Shrink oversized page”‘, “Expand small pages”, “Auto-rotate and center pages” (Acrobat 5), or “Fit to Page” (Acrobat 4) options in the dialog box are unchecked • Click the “OK” button • Acrobat 6.0 has a “Page Handling” section. Page scaling should be “none” and Auto-Rotate and Center should be unchecked. If you are on a Mac, in the Print menu, there will be a pop-up menu that defaults to “General.” Select Acrobat from that pop-up menu (the word “Acrobat” will be followed by a version number, such as “Acrobat 4.0”). Clear the checkbox that says “Fit to Page.” If you do not see the above options, please contact the Corporate Help Desk.
