I tried my card on website and they accept it but after while they emailed me that my card declines. Whats the problem ?

You should know that many website merchants process is batch authorization. It means that they get a group of orders and then send to credit card companies for authority. So if there was any problem they will find it some later after accepting your card and email you to report declining of your card.
