None of the Wallenbrock funds were ever transferred to Village Capital. Investor notes were not transferred to Village Capital. Village Capital was an attempt by the defendants to continue the fraud and the transfer documents were not valid, enforceable and/or legitimate. The transfer documents are meaningless and they do not affect your investment in Wallenbrock.
