PSU can accept Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) or International English Language Testing System (IELTS) exam scores that are more than two years old if you have maintained continuous presence in the United States since the exam date. The Admissions office will evaluate this type of circumstance on a case-by-case basis.
