I took the Real Estate Transactions (RET) course over 2 years ago. Am I still eligible to sit for the state exam?
Yes. If you successfully completed the RET course within the past 3 years you may sit for the exam. You will need a copy of your Uniform Real Estate Transcript when you apply for the exam. Be sure to check the date on the transcript to make sure it is dated within the three years. You might also seriously consider whether you have retained enough information to pass the exam. You might want to attend a review course.
