Mixing coursework from 2 (or more) programs is actually common. The Behavior Analyst Certification Board requires (a) that you have earned 15 credits, and (b) the total number of hours of instruction matches the prescribed content in each content area prescribed by the BACB (see attached content grid for an example of how Penn State satisfies these criteria). For example, the BACB requires 15 hours of instruction in ethics. You must be sure that your total number of hours across all of your programs is equal to 15 hours. It is generally easy to compute hours if all programs are BACB approved. You simply need to obtain the content grids from each program and add the hours. You can then choose courses based on missing hours. However, if your coursework was completed at a program that is not BACB approved, you will need to provide documentation to the BACB that the content was covered in a given course. The easiest way to obtain this documentation is to ask instructors from these courses
